This prestigious equestrian facility was designed and delivered to British Equestrian Federation guidelines for a private Cheshire estate. The 1,200m² all-weather arena required precise formation grading to sub-base tolerance, followed by installation of a free-draining aggregate sub-base, geotextile membrane, and a premium fibre-reinforced sand surface to 100mm depth. Post and rail fencing in pressure-treated softwood defines the arena perimeter to 1.8m height, with a 4.5m double-gate entrance to accommodate horse boxes. A 12-head LED floodlighting system on galvanised steel columns provides 200 lux at surface level — enabling training year-round regardless of daylight. The arena has been in daily use since handover without maintenance intervention.
